1. Marketing Executive (Shah Alam, Selangor)	Requirements :- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business. • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam. • Posses good communication skills with pleasant personality. • Should have strong interpersonal, communication and possess good negotiation . • An independent self starter with good discipline. • Possesses own transport.
2. Programmer (Shah Alam, Selangor)	Requirements :- • Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent. • Proficient in HTML or any of the web scripting language (PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, ISP, ASP.NET). • Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position). • Highly self-motivated and able to work under minima supervision. • Pleasant personality and able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Note: • Salary will based o experience and will be discussed during the interview. • Contract Tenure: 4 month – 6 month. • Permanent position will be offered base on performance.
3. Valuation Executive (Shah Alam, Selangor)	Requirements :- • Degree in Property Development or Real Estate Management or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. • Willing to work in Shah Alam • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ready to accept other task assigned by the management. • Willing to travel when required. • Possesses own transport.
